For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions apply: M14x1.5mm to M12x1.5mm D50B0 Euro4 from 2018-
M14x1.5mm of M12x1.5mm threaded adapter for the thermocouple - Piaggio 640485 - to mount a spare or tuning cylinder on the Derbi D50B0 E4 engine (2018-).
The thermocouple on the Euro4 version of the D50B0 engine, used in all Derbi Senda, Aprlit_Latn RX/SX and Gilera RCR/SMT from model year 2018 onwards, has been given a different tap hole.
As a result, all aftermarket and tuning cylinders from model year 2018 onwards cannot be used because the temperature sensor is coupled to the ECU and must be installed.
